End-of-Life

Making meaning through loss and transition

Facing mortality, be it your own or a loved one’s, can bring profound fear, sadness, and reflection. You may be asking deep questions about purpose, faith, or legacy. These conversations deserve space and compassion.

Our Approach

Our counsellors provide gentle guidance for clients and families coping with end-of-life experiences, anticipatory grief, and meaning-making. Therapy can help reduce fear, support communication, and promote acceptance.

We draw on meaning-based, narrative, relational therapies to help clients explore existential and emotional dimensions of dying and loss.

What to Expect

Sessions are paced to your needs and may include reflection, legacy work, or guided conversation to support closure and connection.

Taking the Next Step

Our final chapters are as deserving of companionate support and care as all those that come before. Our counsellors are honoured for each opportunity to accompany individuals and their loved ones through the late steps of the journey.
